We welcome you to Mabel’s House (formerly Edgewater Inn), a boutique inn tucked around an estuarine cove near the mouth of the Kennebunk River.
Located on Ocean Avenue, one of Kennebunkport’s most charming neighborhoods, our space was built in 1900s as a boarding house for travelers. Today, we cultivate a modern touch on our tradition of hospitality. We have twelve guest rooms, each with private baths, and a cove side cottage.
Mabel’s House guests love to relax and recharge, and are conveniently at the center of Kennebunkport’s action –– enjoying rejuvenating walks along the rocky shores and sandy beaches, and exploring the shops, restaurants and galleries of Dock Square. Golf courses, sailing excursions, and whale-watching are also a few of numerous nearby attractions.
